Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room had a beautiful view and was conveniently located within the hotel building, but it was basic with just a bed and a kettle without cups or coffee/tea. The service was satisfactory, offering a welcome drink and tours/ticket assistance. The location allowed for viewing the glacier and northern lights but was quite remote from facilities. The dining experience was hit or miss with some good and some disappointing aspects. Overall, it was an average stay with room for improvement.
The hotel's rooms were not very new and could get too hot, but they had comfortable beds and good linen. The location was to the side of the hotel, offering proximity to shops and restaurants and a great spot to see the northern lights, though it was cramped and had basic in-room amenities. The dining experience was pretty decent with many choices, including warm food, cereals, pastries, and bread. The service included a welcome drink and tours/ticket assistance. Overall, the hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives, making for an average stay.
The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms, but the proximity to the door leads to noise from people coming in and out. The parking lot-facing room only provides limited privacy. On the upside, the room feels new and fresh, even though it has a small bed and oddly placed amenities.
